Furthermore, the multi-layer drying system utilizes uniform heat distribution to gently remove moisture, locking in essential nutrients while achieving the perfect, crispy texture without overcooking.

Creative Customization for the Toddler Market

A standout feature of this project is the diverse array of snack geometries developed specifically for the toddler demographic. Recognizing that engaging shapes are crucial for attracting young consumers and building brand distinction, the customer selected several customized, high-precision molds. This versatility allows the factory to seamlessly switch between producing ball-shaped, heart-shaped, dolphin-shaped, and ring-shaped snacks, alongside various other creative configurations.

In addition to shaping, the integration of the automatic packaging system provides a massive boost to the facility’s hygiene and operational standards. Because infant food demands the highest levels of sanitation, the automated packaging unit minimizes human contact, drastically reducing the risk of contamination. The system utilizes precise weighing technology to ensure consistent package portioning, while high-quality sealing protects the product from moisture and oxidation, thereby extending its shelf life in the humid Indonesian climate.

Factory Inspection and Seamless Commissioning

Upon completion of the manufacturing phase, Mr. Alex and his business partner visited our production facility for a hands-on final inspection. To ensure absolute transparency, our technical team conducted a comprehensive live trial using the customer’s actual raw materials, allowing them to witness both the machinery’s real-world performance and the quality of the end product firsthand.

During the test run, the production line operated flawlessly. The transition between mixing, extrusion, drying, cooling, and packaging was seamlessly coordinated.
